Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 small avocado

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1ml dropper-full CBD oil
  • 1 -2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey

Directions

Blend banana, yogurt, avocado, berries and almond milk until smooth. Add maple syrup or honey to sweeten. Add your CBD oil, and if you love crunch, hemp seeds and/or walnuts. Blend for an additional 10 to 15 seconds. Serve and enjoy!

Super Green Antioxidant Smoothie

Another anti-oxidants-packed smoothie, but this time with the addition of kale, cacao, banana and spinach. Great for lowering cholesterol and blood pressure. Also good for boosting the immune system and metabolic regulation.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 dropper-full CBD oil
  • 2-3 ice cubes (optional)
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons cacao
  • Small handful of almonds
  • Small handful of cashews

Directions

Blend spinach, coconut milk, banana, kale, cashews, almonds, and almond milk, and ice cubes until smooth. Then, add your cacao and CBD oil and blend again for 10-15 seconds.

Tropical Dream CBD Superfood Smoothie

Put yourself in a tropical state of mind with this smoothie featuring papaya, mango and pineapple. Besides a delicious tropical flavour, you’ll be enjoying loads of carotenoids and vitamins. Carotenoids are powerful antioxidants that increase the absorption of nutrients into the bloodstream. On top of that, the fruit contributes strong antimicrobial, anti-diabetic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen papaya
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ cup frozen mango
  • 2 cups kale or spinach
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 dropper-full CBD oil

Directions

Blend fruit, greens, coconut milk and yogurt until smooth. Add your CBD oil, as well as sweeteners or crunch to the blender. Give these a pulse for another 10-15 seconds. Drink fresh.
