I expected Witch’s Caramel Apple to be the obvious Halloween gimmick in this collection. Instead, it became the flavor I kept going back to.
After testing all six flavors in YTOO’s 2026 Halloween Limited Collection, one thing became clear: this is not simply one sweet base wearing six different costumes. The lineup moves from warm apple and bakery notes into sour soda, dark berries, cooling citrus and herbal mint. Some profiles landed better than others, but each one had its own direction.
This is the hands-on follow-up to our earlier introduction to YTOO’s 2026 Halloween Limited Collection. That article explains the concept. This time, I am talking about how the six flavors actually felt during use.

How I Tested the Six Flavors 🧪
I tested the collection with the VAPORESSO ARMOUR G2 and ARMOUR GS2, leaving both devices in their normal supplied setup rather than forcing one identical wattage across everything. For context, VAPORESSO supplies the G2 with a pre-installed 0.6Ω GTX mesh coil, while the GS2 comes with a pre-installed 0.3Ω GTX dual-mesh coil. The two devices present flavor a little differently, but both stayed smooth and consistent throughout the test.
For a closer look at how the two devices differ in size, controls and battery setup, read our VAPORESSO ARMOUR G2 vs GS2 hands-on review.
The lineup also covers three nicotine strengths: 20mg, 30mg and 50mg. That matters. The higher-strength flavors naturally carry more impact, so adult users should choose a suitable draw style and strength for their own tolerance rather than treating all six bottles as interchangeable.
1. Witch’s Caramel Apple Is the Clear Winner 🍏
Witch’s Caramel Apple (30mg) is easily my favorite of the six.
The first thing that comes through is real apple. Not vague green candy and not a syrupy apple drink. It has the crisp, slightly tart character of fresh apple at the front, then a fuller red-apple sweetness develops behind it. The caramel arrives later and rounds everything off with a soft vanilla warmth.
Yes, it is sweet. But it stops at the right point for me. The sweetness gives the apple a polished caramel shell without burying the fruit underneath. That balance is what puts it at the top level of this collection. It tastes natural, layered and complete.
This is the kind of flavor you do not need to analyze for long. One puff tells you what it is, and the next puff makes you want to confirm it again (strictly for research, obviously).
2. Pumpkin Cookie Cream Is the Comfort Flavor 🎃
Pumpkin Cookie Cream (30mg) is delicious in a completely different way.
Where the apple is bright and juicy, this one is soft, warm and bakery-led. Pumpkin sweetness forms the body, followed by cinnamon and nutmeg that stay controlled rather than turning the flavor into a spice cabinet. The cookie note gives it a baked edge, while vanilla cream smooths the finish.
It feels made for slower evening vaping. Rich enough to be satisfying, but not so heavy that the cream becomes tiring. If Witch’s Caramel Apple is the star of the Halloween party, Pumpkin Cookie Cream is the plate of warm cookies waiting in the quiet room next door.
3. Sour Cherry Cola Brings the Refreshment 🥤
Sour Cherry Cola (20mg) is the most refreshing flavor in the collection for me.
The sour cherry opens quickly with a bright, sharp edge. A darker cherry note then adds depth, followed by cola spice and a light fizzy sensation. It does not taste like a flat cherry candy. There is enough acidity and sparkle to create the feeling of opening a cold cherry cola.
This was a useful change of pace after the warmer apple and pumpkin profiles. Clean, lively and easy to understand.
4. Blackberry Blackcurrant Candy Goes Dark and Juicy 🍬
Blackberry Blackcurrant Candy (20mg) starts with ripe blackberry, then blackcurrant adds a sharper sweet-tart edge and a little fruit-skin character.
The candy note appears more clearly on the finish. It brightens the dark berries without turning them into a generic purple sweet. I would place this in the middle of the ranking: not as distinctive as the apple and not as refreshing as the cherry cola, but still balanced and enjoyable.
5. Dark Grape Mint Changes Direction Mid-Puff 🍇
Dark Grape Mint (50mg) is one of the more unusual profiles here.
It opens with ripe dark grape and a familiar purple-candy accent. Then the herbal mint steps in through the middle and finish. The mint does more than add coldness; it changes the whole direction of the grape and leaves a cleaner, greener finish than expected.
People who like straightforward grape ice may find this slightly unfamiliar. I appreciated that YTOO gave it a real twist instead of relying on heavy cooling alone.
6. Blood Orange Energy Ice Feels a Little Weak 🍊
Blood Orange Energy Ice (50mg) was the weakest entry for me, although it is not a bad flavor.
The blood orange brings lively acidity and a slightly bitter peel note. An energy-drink fizz follows, with stronger cooling on the finish. The idea is good, and it has more character than a basic orange ice, but the center of the flavor felt a little light beside the richer apple, pumpkin and dark-fruit profiles.
I wanted the blood orange to push forward more confidently. As it stands, the cooling and energy-drink character sometimes feel more noticeable than the fruit itself.
My Final Ranking 🏆
- Witch’s Caramel Apple – the most natural, complete and memorable flavor
- Pumpkin Cookie Cream – delicious, warm and comfortably creamy
- Sour Cherry Cola – bright, fizzy and the most refreshing
- Blackberry Blackcurrant Candy – a balanced dark-berry candy profile
- Dark Grape Mint – unusual, herbal and cleaner than standard grape ice
- Blood Orange Energy Ice – interesting concept, but a little weak in the middle
If you only try one, choose Witch’s Caramel Apple. It is sweet, but just right, and the realistic apple character makes it the standout. If you want a second, Pumpkin Cookie Cream is the cozy dessert option. For something lighter and more refreshing, Sour Cherry Cola is the easy choice.
The collection works because it actually feels like a journey. It begins warm and familiar, moves through drinks and candy, then finishes in colder, darker territory. Not every flavor reaches the same height, but the best ones feel considered rather than dressed up for Halloween at the last minute.
