CBG and CBN oil are among the least concentrated compounds. However, extracted forms of both compounds are common in wellness products due to their ability to combat anxiety and promote sleep.
While CBG may play an important role, there is still some controversy surrounding it. Several broad-spectrum products contain high amounts of both compounds as they both can provide beneficial effects.
